All events must be booked no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your requested event date and time. All bookings made less than 72 hours prior to your requested date and time will be accessed a rush fee of $100. Large event groups (six or more people) must be booked no later than seven days prior to your requested event date. Any large group booking made with less than seven days’ notice will be accessed a rush fee of $100. We cannot accommodate next day booking requests. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking detailing your event, which will include date, time, location, selected picnic event, and invoice for deposit payment. Please note: Fabuluxe Picnics ATL (FPATL) does not offer refunds once events are booked; however, we will gladly change your reservation time without penalty up to 72 hours (3 days) before your event. Additionally, we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather, we will however, reschedule your event for no additional fees. Your event is not guaranteed until all required payments have been received.

If you are looking to book an event in any City of Atlanta Park a permit is required. FPATL will gladly secure the proper permits for a fee of $75. We recommend scheduling City of Atlanta Park events at least three weeks in advance of your desired event date to ensure FPATL can secure your permit it time. To avoid the Atlanta City Parks & Recreation permit fee, please select a location outside of a City of Atlanta Park.

The day of your FPATL event, your picnic will be ready to start at your reserved time and location. We ask that you do not arrive no more than 15 minutes before that time (ex. If your event starts at 6:30pm, please do not arrive to the location prior to 6:15pm) At least 30 minutes prior to your event start time, FPATL will share the precise location to the point of contact via text. To ensure you and your guests enjoy yourselves and each other, FPATL staff will not be present during your event; however, we will return approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled end time to clean and pack up. Should you need to leave, or your event ends earlier than the scheduled time, please text your FPATL event representative at least 30 minutes before your desired departure. If your picnic location is around the city, we ask that you do not leave the picnic site unattended.
Additionally, FPATL team members will not/does not move furniture of any kind. Once the FPATL team arrives, the space where the picnic will be setup should be free and clear of any furnishings not being utilized for the picnic setup. This will ensure a beautiful decor setup for you and your guests to enjoy.

If there is a 50% or higher chance of inclement weather, and your picnic event is outdoors: your picnic may be rescheduled, relocated to an indoor venue, and/or a $50 bubble tent rental fee will be assessed at FPATL’s discretion. It is our goal to keep your picnic event safe and as dry as possible, please be sure to discuss your options with your FPATL representative. On windy days with estimated winds of 10 mph or higher, we may opt not to set up any teepees, tents and/or drapery. Not setting up the aforementioned items is for your safety and will not result in a refund. Metro Atlanta weather is unpredictable, which we have no control over. Please be sure to check the weather prior to selecting the date of your outdoor event.
At FPATL we do our absolute best to accommodate for the weather forecast prior to the day of your event; however, there are times, especially during Metro Atlanta’s rainy months (generally April – August), when the weather forecast will not accurately predict rain chances. Keeping this in mind, last minute modifications will be suggested/made, such as: relocating your event to a mutually agreed upon indoor venue (depending on venue, additional fees may be incurred), bubble tent rental ($50 rental fee), and/or rescheduling of your event (which would be our last resort). In these instances, flexibility is paramount as we work out details to accommodate you and your guests.
If mutually agreed to move forward with your scheduled event after inclement weather, there may be a delay in your event start time, and you will be notified immediately of the new start time. Please note you will still receive your entire reservation time (if weather permits).

FPATL comes to you, or wherever your event may be around the Metro Atlanta area. Whether it’s in your backyard, your basement, one of the City of Atlanta many parks, our maybe it’s on the greenspace along the Atlanta Beltline, we come and set everything up for you and your guests. Events requiring travel 25 miles or more will incur a travel service fee of $25, plus $.75 per additional mile over 25 miles.

In the event in which you need to cancel your event, please contact us immediately by phone at 478.508.1222 or via email at fabuluxepicnicsatl@gmail.com Picnic events can be rescheduled up to thirty days post your original event date. There is no additional charge to cancel/reschedule your event.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any reason. We understand that sometimes things happen that are outside of our control, we would be happy to reschedule your event on another day that is more convenient for you, and we are not currently booked for another event. Please be mindful that each picnic event is specially curated for you and your guests. Deposits are necessary to curate items needed for your specific event experience. Therefore, all bookings require a 50% deposit and is due within five days of booking request. If the deposit is not received within five days, your event will not be booked nor your date reserved. The remaining 50% balance is due five days prior to your event. Any unpaid balances remaining within five days prior to your event will incur a late fee of $100 or your event may be subject to cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.
If your desired event date is within seven days of booking a 75% deposit is required within one day of booking request. If the deposit is not received within one day, your event will not be booked nor your date reserved. The remaining 25% balance is due three days prior to your event. Any unpaid balances remaining within five days prior to your event will incur a late fee of $100 or your event may be subject to cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.

At FPATL it is our absolute pleasure to create exceptional event experiences for you and your guest. We do this by utilizing unique, high quality items available to us; therefore, we ask that you please handle all items with care. By booking with FPATL, you agree that if any item(s) are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, you may be subject to a replacement and/or repair fee.

FPATL follows all local and state guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing to help stop the spread of Covid-19. We ask that you take the necessary precautions to slow the spread as well. Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
